Domain files and domain logs that are hosted on Chi3D, are only used to maintain and help solve any problems that may occur and no information from private domain logs is shared with anyone outside Chi3D.
Exceptions
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Chi3D's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
If we are licensing 3D objects on behalf of our customer, the information we give to our trusted partners is name of 3D Universe, Galaxy or World and IP address and Port number of the Universe, Galaxy or World servers.
We may use your 3D Universe, Galaxy or World to send new customers to investigate our services. You can notify us by email, that you do not want us sending customers to view your 3D Universe, Galaxy or World at any time and we will comply.
